EAST, Miami is the first Swire Hotels property in North America and the third hotel under the EAST brand. EAST, Miami is a design hotel with a prime location, located within Brickell City Centre, a superb mix of luxury retail, residential, office space and upscale amenities. EAST offers a unique mix of customized guest services, cutting-edge technology, and innovative restaurants and bars. 

Designed by award-winning architecture firm Arquitectonica, with interiors by New York-based Clodagh Design, EAST, Miami will offer 255 rooms, eight suites and 89 one-, two- and three-bedroom residences, which are essentially long-stay hotel rooms with kitchen, laundry facilities and access to the amenities and services of the hotel. Ranging in size from 300 to 1,800 square feet, all rooms, suites and residences will feature contemporary interiors, floor-to-ceiling windows and balconies with spectacular views of Miami and the Biscayne Bay. 

EAST, Miami proudly hosts our signature restaurant Quinto La Huella; a poolside bar & lounge and a rooftop destination bar called Sugar (named two years in a row as the best rooftop bar in America by Conde Nast Traveler); meeting and banquet rooms with bay and city views; an outdoor pool deck which can be used for private events; and a 24-hour fitness center. In addition to these amenities, travelers will enjoy our floor-to-ceiling windows, multi-control panel for blinds and mood lighting inside the rooms, complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the property, and the largest average room size among hotels in Miami. Oh, and each room is outfitted with a balcony, so our guests can easily access and enjoy that famous Miami weather.
